YEIDA to Launch 19 Plots Near Noida International Airport
The Yamuna Expressway Authority will offer 19 institutional plots across key sectors near Noida International Airport, with applications open until October 16 and e-auctions scheduled in November.

Greater Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is set to launch a new scheme offering 19 plots for schools and corporate offices in areas surrounding Noida International Airport. The scheme will open on Wednesday and includes 10 plots for educational institutions and 9 plots earmarked for corporate offices.
The school plots are spread across Sectors 17, 18, 20 and 22E, with sizes ranging from 8,000 square metres to 14,100 square metres. Their reserve prices will range from approximately ₹14.22 crore to ₹23.41 crore, depending on the plot’s size and location. Applications can be submitted until October 16, giving prospective institutions and organisations time to participate in the scheme.
According to YEIDA OSD Shailendra Bhatia, the e-auction for the school plots will take place on November 20, while the corporate office plots will be auctioned on November 23. Applicants for the school plots will also have to deposit a registration amount equivalent to 10% of the respective reserve price, which works out to between ₹1.42 crore and ₹2.34 crore.
The corporate office component focuses entirely on Sector 22E, which YEIDA is developing as an institutional and corporate-office hub near the airport. Nine plots, each measuring 1,000 sqm, have been put up for allotment. Eight carry a reserve price of ₹5.44 crore each, while the remaining plot has a reserve price of ₹6 crore.
The new scheme could add to the institutional and commercial infrastructure planned around Noida International Airport. The availability of dedicated school and corporate-office plots may support the development of education facilities and workplaces alongside the area’s expanding residential and business ecosystem.
Interested applicants can submit their applications until October 16. YEIDA will then conduct the e-auctions in November, with school plots scheduled for November 20 and corporate office plots for November 23. Successful bidders will subsequently move through the authority’s allotment process.
