Bharat Buildcon 2026 Opens in New Delhi, Brings Global Construction Industry Under One Roof
Held at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi, Bharat Buildcon 2026 has attracted over 25,000 visitors and participants from 90 countries, highlighting innovations and opportunities in construction.

New Delhi: Bharat Buildcon 2026, one of India’s largest exhibitions for the construction and building materials industry, was inaugurated on Thursday at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in New Delhi. Organized under the theme “One Nation, One Expo,” the four-day event has brought together industry leaders, manufacturers, builders, policymakers, and international buyers from across the world.
The exhibition matters because it serves as a major platform for showcasing new technologies, encouraging business partnerships, and supporting growth in India’s rapidly expanding construction sector.
The event witnessed strong participation on its opening day, with more than 25,000 visitors attending. Bharat Buildcon 2026 has drawn exhibitors and delegates from over 90 countries and more than 100 cities across India, reflecting its growing international relevance.
The exhibition showcases innovations across 24 segments of the construction and building materials industry, including cement, steel, ceramics, sanitaryware, electrical products, furniture, paints, hardware, plywood, laminates, and construction technologies.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Manohar Lal Khattar, Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Electronics & Information Technology Jitin Prasada, and Member of Parliament Parshottam Rupala. Addressing the gathering, Prasada highlighted the importance of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) in expanding market opportunities for Indian industries.

Referring to the recently concluded India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), he said the agreement is expected to strengthen trade relations and improve access to international markets for Indian manufacturers and exporters.
Industry experts believe Bharat Buildcon 2026 will help accelerate collaboration between manufacturers, developers, architects, contractors, technology providers, and global buyers.
The event is expected to generate new business opportunities, promote innovation, and support India’s ambition of becoming a leading manufacturing and sourcing hub for construction-related products.
Over the next few days, the exhibition will host product launches, technology demonstrations, networking sessions, and business meetings.
