Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has announced a new commercial property e-auction scheme for 2026–27, offering shops, office spaces and kiosks across different sectors of Greater Noida. Under Scheme Code CSK-1/2026-27, the authority is inviting applications from interested buyers through an online bidding process.
According to the scheme brochure, the inventory comprises 56 commercial units, including 45 shops and office spaces and 11 kiosks. How to Participate in the GNIDA E-Auction?
Interested applicants must register through the official GNIDA e-tender portal and complete the prescribed application formalities.
The participation process includes:

Select the commercial property for which you wish to participate.

Submit the required documents and pay the applicable processing fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) separately through the prescribed online payment process.

The authority has clarified that the e-bidding process will be conducted through the online portal. GNIDA also reserves the right to withdraw any property or accept or reject bids at any stage, as specified in the scheme brochure.
