BL Kashyap Secures ₹496 Crore Construction Contract for Signature Global’s Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram
The contract covers structural construction across five residential towers at Sector 71, Gurugram, with the project scheduled for execution over the next five to six years.

Construction company BL Kashyap & Sons (BLK) has secured a construction contract worth approximately ₹496 crore from real estate developer Signature Global for its Tonino Lamborghini Residences project in Sector 71, Gurugram. The contract was awarded in November 2026 and covers major civil and structural construction work for the branded residential development located along the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR).
Under the agreement, BL Kashyap will undertake the construction of five residential towers, including four towers with three basement levels and 41 floors each, and another tower featuring three basements, a ground floor and 39 upper floors. The scope also includes civil and structural work up to plaster level, selected mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installations, and construction of commercial and ancillary buildings. The overall execution period is estimated at five to six years.
Signature Global’s Co-founder and Vice-Chairman, Lalit Aggarwal, said the project requires a high standard of construction to match its design ambitions. He highlighted BL Kashyap’s engineering capabilities and construction experience as key reasons for selecting the company. He also emphasised that maintaining quality throughout the development process would remain a priority.
Spread across approximately 12.40 acres, Tonino Lamborghini Residences will comprise 812 premium homes distributed across five residential towers. The development follows a low-density layout with four residences per core, a configuration designed to offer residents greater privacy and a more exclusive living environment.
The project marks the Tonino Lamborghini brand’s entry into India’s residential real estate market. It brings the Italian brand’s design identity and its Total Living concept into luxury housing, combining architecture, interiors and lifestyle amenities.
The project’s first phase has reportedly been completely sold out, while Signature Global has also launched its second phase, reflecting demand for branded residential developments in Gurugram’s premium housing market.
The development has been planned with an international design team led by Tonino Lamborghini Total Living Creative Director Angela Krieger. New York-based Handel Architects is serving as the principal architect, while Bose Brothers Architects has been appointed as the executive architect. Interior design is being handled by Carlos Rossi.
The project is envisioned as a vertical village, featuring a continuous green social ribbon intended to connect residents through shared spaces. It will also include a members-only clubhouse and other lifestyle-focused facilities.
Another important feature is its IGBC Platinum rating, representing the highest certification level under the Indian Green Building Council’s green building rating framework. The certification highlights the project’s focus on sustainable construction and environmentally conscious development.
Tonino Lamborghini Residences forms part of SG SPR Estate, Signature Global’s larger integrated development in Sector 71, Gurugram.
A key component of this development is a 25-acre Commercial Business District being developed in partnership with RMZ Corporation. The proposed commercial hub is expected to add to the area’s business and employment potential while supporting demand for residential properties nearby.
The location also benefits from connectivity to major transport corridors, including the Dwarka Expressway, NH-48 and Golf Course Road. Indira Gandhi International Airport is another important connectivity point for residents and business travellers.
The construction contract highlights the growing involvement of established construction companies in India’s branded luxury housing segment. As developers increasingly collaborate with international lifestyle brands, execution quality, architectural design and premium amenities are becoming important differentiators in the residential market.
For Signature Global, appointing an experienced construction partner is an important step towards executing its premium residential development. The project also adds to Sector 71’s evolving real estate landscape, where residential developments and large commercial projects are being planned alongside improving connectivity.
