YEIDA Launches Industrial & Mix Land Use Plot Scheme Along Yamuna Expressway
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has opened a new allotment scheme offering industrial and mix land use plots, aiming to accelerate investment, job creation, and integrated development near Jewar airport.

Greater Noida: In a move to strengthen industrial expansion along the Yamuna Expressway, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a fresh allotment scheme for Industrial Plots and Mix Land Use (MLU) Plots. The initiative aligns with the state’s push for large-scale, infrastructure-led growth under the theme “Big Land. Bigger Vision. Stronger Returns.”
The scheme was announced through an official advertisement featuring Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, and Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, Minister of Industrial Development—signalling the government’s focus on attracting manufacturing, MSMEs, and integrated projects to the region.
