Kriti Sanon and Family Sell Four Apartments in Mumbai for Rs 8.9 Crore

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon, her sister Nupur Sanon, and their mother Geeta Sanon have sold four residential apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a total of Rs 8.9 crore. The transactions were officially registered in April 2026 and highlight the strong growth of Mumbai’s residential real estate market over the past decade.

The apartments are located in Raheja Classique, a premium residential development in Andheri West. According to property registration records reviewed by Square Yards from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the properties were purchased between nine and thirteen years ago. Over the holding period, the investments appreciated by approximately Rs 4.60 crore, representing a gain of nearly 107%.

Property documents show that two of the apartments were sold for Rs 3.23 crore each. The sales reflect the continued demand for homes in Andheri West, one of Mumbai’s most established residential and commercial hubs. The locality benefits from strong connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, suburban railway services, and the Mumbai Metro network.

The sales also underline a broader trend in Mumbai’s housing market, where property owners are monetizing long-held assets amid strong demand and rising valuations. With infrastructure upgrades and commercial development continuing across the city, prime locations such as Andheri West are expected to remain attractive for both end-users and investors in the coming years.
