Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has reportedly leased a commercial property in Mumbai’s Versova area for a total rental value of approximately ₹3.52 crore over five years.
The property is located in Aram Nagar, Versova, within Andheri West, a locality known for its residential developments and links to Mumbai’s film and television industry.
The lease agreement includes a stepped rental structure, under which the monthly payment will increase annually throughout the five-year term. The reported arrangement reflects the rental value of commercial property in a prominent Mumbai neighbourhood.
According to reports, the agreement provides for an annual increase of approximately 8% in monthly rent. Instead of maintaining a fixed rental amount throughout the contract, the arrangement gradually increases the payment each year.
