CREDAI Pune Announces Pune Property Expo 2026

• Expo to be held from January 16–18, 2026, at Agriculture College Ground, Pune

Pune: CREDAI Pune has announced the 24th edition of its flagship event, the Pune Property Expo 2026, scheduled to be held from January 16 to 18, 2026, at the Agriculture College Ground, Pune. The upcoming edition is expected to be the largest CREDAI property exhibition to date, reflecting Pune’s growing prominence as a preferred real estate investment destination.

The expo will bring together over 85 trusted developers, all CREDAI members, and showcase more than 400 RERA-registered projects across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC), and the PMRDA region. Visitors will be able to explore a wide range of real estate options under one roof, including affordable housing, premium and luxury homes, co-living spaces, senior living projects, NA plots, villas, and Grade A commercial properties.

This year’s exhibition carries the theme “Poona to Pune”, highlighting the city’s evolution from a traditional cultural hub to a modern, future-ready urban centre. The theme reflects not just Pune’s transformation but also the changing aspirations of homebuyers and investors, driven by infrastructure growth, employment opportunities, and lifestyle upgrades.

The Pune Property Expo 2026 will be inaugurated on January 16 at 10:30 am by Dr. Abhay Firodia, Chairman of Force Motors, while Dr. Anand Deshpande, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Persistent Systems, will attend as the Guest of Honour.

For visitors, the expo promises several on-ground attractions, including on-the-spot property deals, home loan assistance from leading financial institutions, lucky draws, and special gifts. These offerings are designed to simplify the homebuying journey by enabling direct interaction between developers, bankers, and buyers.

Ahead of the main exhibition, CREDAI Pune will also host India’s largest networking conclave for developers and channel partners on January 15, 2026. The conclave is expected to see participation from around 1,000 channel partners and will feature knowledge-sharing sessions on evolving customer behaviour, the role of artificial intelligence in real estate sales, and market insights from senior industry leaders and social media influencers.

Speaking about the event, Manish Jain, President, CREDAI Pune, said the expo reflects the organisation’s focus on credibility, transparency, and responsible growth. He noted that only CREDAI-member projects will be showcased, ensuring buyers access verified, RERA-compliant developments. Jain also highlighted that the previous edition attracted over 18,000 visitors, and this year’s expo is expected to generate even stronger interest from both end-users and investors.
