Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a Mega Property Auction scheduled for January 8, 2026, setting the stage for one of the largest public property auctions in the region at the beginning of the year.
The auction will feature more than 80 plots, including residential, commercial, and institutional properties, providing a wide range of options for homebuyers, investors, and organizations looking to establish a presence in Ghaziabad.
According to officials, the properties will be auctioned directly by GDA, ensuring a transparent process with clearly defined reserve prices. The plots are located in some of the city’s most sought-after and fast-developing areas, including Madhuban Bapudham, Indirapuram, Indirapuram Extension, and other key sectors across Ghaziabad.
The auction is scheduled to take place at Hindi Bhawan, Lohiya Nagar, Ghaziabad, and will begin at 11:00 AM. GDA officials said the initiative is aimed at encouraging planned urban development while unlocking fresh investment opportunities in the city’s growing real estate market.
