L&T Bags Mega EPC Orders Worth Rs 2,500–5,000 Crore Across India
L&T Buildings & Factories division secures multiple high-value projects spanning tourism, sports, and luxury real estate in Madhya Pradesh, Assam, and Mumbai, boosting its EPC portfolio.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has won a series of large engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) orders worth between Rs 2,500 crore and Rs 5,000 crore, covering tourism, sports, and real estate projects across Madhya Pradesh, Assam, and Mumbai, according to an official exchange filing.
The projects were secured by L&T’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) division and reflect the company’s continued leadership in India’s infrastructure and high-end construction sectors.
Advait Lok Museum in Madhya Pradesh
One of the major orders comes from the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation for the Advait Lok project at Omkareshwar in Khandwa district. The project includes the Acharya Shankar Museum Complex with intricate stone carvings, glass fibre reinforced concrete elements, parking facilities, and landscaping.
The museum will showcase the life and philosophy of Acharya Shankar through curated exhibits. L&T’s scope covers civil works, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, external development, and five years of operations and maintenance. Completion is expected in 36 months.
R G Baruah Sports Complex Redevelopment in Assam
In Assam, L&T has been awarded an order to redevelop the R G Baruah Sports Complex at Sarusajai, Guwahati. The project includes the construction of a FIFA-compliant football stadium with a seating capacity of 25,000, along with multiple sports and allied facilities. The work is scheduled for completion within 27 months, aiming to elevate the state’s sports infrastructure to international standards.
Luxury Residential Towers in Mumbai
The company has also secured an order from a reputed developer to construct luxury high-rise residential towers in Mumbai. The project features three towers, each with two basements, a ground floor, and 45–66 upper floors, reaching heights of up to 230 metres. The towers will include reinforced concrete structures, premium finishes, and full MEP services, adding a signature luxury presence to Mumbai’s skyline.
These wins reinforce L&T’s position as a key player in India’s EPC market, showcasing its capability to deliver complex, high-value projects across diverse sectors, from cultural landmarks and sports infrastructure to high-end residential developments.
