Nimbus Realty Introduces Clean-Air Homes Concept in Noida
Nimbus Realty has launched a clean-air residential project on the Noida Expressway, installing hospital-grade air purification systems to deliver healthier indoor environments for luxury homebuyers.

Nimbus Realty has unveiled a clean-air homes initiative in Noida, aiming to address growing concerns around indoor air quality in urban residential developments. The concept has been implemented at its premium project, Nimbus The Arista Luxe, located along the Noida Expressway.
According to the developer, the residential complex features a hospital-grade, in-residence air purification system designed to ensure consistently clean indoor air. The company has invested close to ₹10 crore in installing the advanced system across the project, underlining its focus on health-centric living.
The technology has been supplied by MeVaChi and operates through multiple stages of air filtration. This includes a HEPA filtration layer similar to those used in medical facilities. Unlike conventional air purifiers that recirculate indoor air, the system treats fresh outdoor air before it enters living spaces, significantly reducing pollutants at the source.
Nimbus Realty claims the system is capable of maintaining indoor air quality below an AQI level of 50, often aligning with standards recommended by the World Health Organization. In addition to filtering particulate matter, the system also absorbs harmful gases and unpleasant odours originating from nearby traffic corridors, drains, and landfill areas.
Commenting on the initiative, Sahil Agarwal, CEO of Nimbus Realty, said that indoor air must be renewed rather than simply circulated. He added that while the clean-air technology has currently been deployed only at Nimbus The Arista Luxe, the company is evaluating its feasibility for future residential projects as well.
Nimbus The Arista Luxe is located in Sector 168, Noida, and offers a mix of 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments, along with duplexes and penthouses. Unit sizes range from approximately 2,353 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. Designed as a low-density development, the project features just two apartments per floor in its premium towers, catering to buyers seeking privacy, space, and enhanced lifestyle amenities.
With this move, Nimbus Realty joins a growing list of developers focusing on wellness-driven housing, as clean air, sustainable design, and health-focused infrastructure increasingly influence homebuyer decisions in urban markets.
