Noida Authority is developing a Japanese-themed park in Sector 94, Noida. The project is part of the authority’s ongoing efforts to beautify the region while creating more recreational spaces for residents and professionals.
Located in one of Noida’s prominent sectors, the park is strategically positioned to serve employees working in nearby IT companies as well as residents of the iconic Supernova Spira and surrounding residential developments.
Once completed, the park is expected to provide a peaceful escape from the fast-paced urban lifestyle, offering both physical and mental wellness benefits.
Spread across a significant area, the park is being developed at an estimated cost of ₹8.76 crore. According to officials, nearly 70% of the civil construction work has already been completed. The horticulture and landscaping phase is expected to begin shortly, which will play a key role in bringing the Japanese theme to life.
The park will feature a wide range of modern amenities designed to cater to visitors of all age groups. These include a serene water body, an open-air amphitheater for cultural and community events, and a dedicated food court. Visitors will also benefit from well-designed walking pathways, lush greenery, and ample parking facilities.
In addition, the park will house an administrative block, clean and accessible toilet facilities, and a specially curated Japanese-themed garden and plaza. For families, a dedicated children’s play zone will ensure that younger visitors also have engaging recreational options.
Officials believe that this project will significantly enhance Noida’s international image by incorporating global design elements into public infrastructure. The Japanese theme, known for its emphasis on simplicity, harmony, and nature, is expected to create a calming environment for visitors.
Once operational, the park is set to become a major hub for leisure and relaxation in the city. It will not only contribute to environmental sustainability by adding green cover but also improve the overall quality of life for residents and working professionals in the area.
With rapid urbanization placing increasing pressure on cities, initiatives like this reflect a growing focus on balanced development where modern infrastructure meets the need for open, tranquil spaces. The Sector 94 park stands as a promising step in that direction, offering a blend of aesthetics, functionality, and well-being.
