HSVP has introduced a one-time settlement opportunity for eligible plot holders across Haryana, offering relief of more than ₹724 crore on outstanding enhancement-related dues until December 31, 2026.

  • 4,414 allottees across 103 sectors are eligible.
  • Relief worth over ₹724 crore is available.
  • December 31, 2026 is the deadline to settle eligible dues.

The Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has launched the ‘Vivadon Se Samadhan Scheme 2026’, giving eligible plot holders another opportunity to resolve outstanding disputes and dues. The scheme covers around 4,414 allottees across 103 sectors in Haryana, with total relief estimated at more than ₹724 crore. Eligible applicants must take advantage of the scheme by December 31, 2026.

The initiative primarily focuses on disputes linked to plot enhancement charges and also extends an opportunity to allottees who could not benefit from HSVP’s earlier settlement schemes. The relief is available across several categories, including residential plots, group housing sites, institutional properties and industrial plots.

According to an HSVP spokesperson, the scheme has been introduced as a one-time settlement mechanism to help eligible allottees clear their outstanding liabilities. Plot holders can check the relief amount applicable to their property by accessing HSVP’s designated online portal with their Plot ID and password.

The scheme is expected to provide substantial financial relief to plot holders who have been facing unresolved enhancement-related liabilities. By offering a defined settlement route, HSVP aims to encourage eligible allottees to clear their dues rather than allowing disputes and outstanding payments to continue for years.

However, the authority has also issued a warning to defaulters. Those who do not settle their eligible outstanding dues within the prescribed period could face resumption of their plots under the applicable rules and legal provisions.

Allottees who want to use the scheme should first check their eligibility and the relief amount assigned to their plot through the HSVP portal. Those requiring additional assistance can approach their nearest HSVP Estate Office or submit their queries through the online system.

With December 31, 2026 set as the final deadline, eligible plot holders will need to complete the settlement process within the specified period to avoid possible action over unpaid dues.
