Exotica Dreamville GBM Turns Chaotic Over Financial Issues

Greater Noida West: A general body meeting (GBM) at Exotica Dreamville reportedly turned heated as residents raised objections over the proposed appointment of an auditor and other financial matters concerning the housing society.

The meeting had been convened to discuss the appointment of an auditor. However, residents alleged that the financial handover-related proposal was suddenly put forward without being properly included in the agenda or discussed beforehand.

Some resident posts also claimed that the proposal involved a financial amount of around ₹10–12 crore, while the AOA was allegedly considering a settlement of around ₹5 crore. The figures and the circumstances surrounding the proposal have not been independently verified.

The meeting reportedly saw strong objections from several residents, with questions being raised over the process adopted by the Apartment Owners Association (AOA).

Residents reportedly sought greater clarity on the financial issues and the decision-making process, with some demanding that major matters involving the society’s finances should be discussed transparently before any decision is taken.
