DDA Offers 544 Flats in Narela With 25% Discount on the Occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi
The Delhi Development Authority has added 544 newly constructed flats under Karmajeeviee Awaas Yojana 2026 in Narela, with 25% discount on the disposal price and booking on a first-come, first-served basis.

New Delhi: Homebuyers looking for an affordable home in Delhi have received another opportunity as the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced 544 additional flats under the DDA Karmajeeviee Awaas Yojana 2026.
According to a DDA circular dated September 8, 2026, the newly added flats are located at Pocket 11, Sector A1-A4, Narela. The authority said the housing scheme received an encouraging response, with more than 60% of the total flats on offer getting booked within less than a month of the start of booking.
Considering the response and the demand for affordable housing, DDA has decided to offer these additional 544 newly constructed flats under the scheme.
The new inventory consists of 256 1-BHK flats and 288 2-BHK flats.
DDA is offering a flat 25% discount on the disposal price for these units. After the discount, the tentative disposal prices are:

The prices mentioned above exclude maintenance charges. DDA has also stated that the final price may vary depending on the respective plinth area of the flat. Maintenance, conversion and water connection charges will be payable separately at the time of issuance of the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter.
Booking for the additional flats will commence on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 12 noon, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi/Vinayak Chaturthi.
The flats will be allotted on a First-Come-First-Serve (FCFS) basis through the DDA Awaas Portal, subject to availability.
DDA has clarified that applicants already registered under any FCFS scheme can also remain eligible to book flats under this scheme, subject to meeting the applicable eligibility conditions.
The scheme also provides parking space along with the flats. According to the DDA document, the parking area is 5.76 sq m for 1-BHK flats and 11.52 sq m for 2-BHK flats.
The detailed unit-wise information and layout plans for the additional flats have also been provided by DDA. The document lists flats across multiple floors in the respective blocks at Pocket 11, Sector A1-A4, Narela.
DDA has separately specified the maintenance-related charges for the two categories.
For 1-BHK flats, the corpus fund is ₹75,000, while the regular society maintenance charge is ₹1.50 per sq ft per month.
For 2-BHK flats, the corpus fund is ₹1.50 lakh, with regular society maintenance charges of ₹2 per sq ft per month.
The monthly maintenance amount collected upfront for 12 months ranges from ₹11,832 to ₹11,925 for 1-BHK units and ₹32,690 to ₹36,164 for 2-BHK units. GST will not be levied on these maintenance charges, according to the DDA circular.
How to Book?
Interested applicants can participate through the DDA Awaas Portal. Booking will open at 12 noon on September 14, 2026, and allotment will be carried out on an FCFS basis.
DDA has advised interested applicants to check the detailed scheme information, eligibility criteria, booking amount and other terms before participating. The authority has also made unit details and layout plans available for the additional 544 flats.
