Pune: Pune-based real estate developer Jhamtani has announced Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh as its new brand ambassador. The partnership was unveiled at a press event in Pune as the company looks to enter a new phase of growth and strengthen its connection with homebuyers.
The announcement comes as Jhamtani seeks to build on more than 16 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate sector. The company said the association with Ranveer Singh reflects common values around ambition, growth and challenging conventional approaches. The actor’s popularity and aspirational image are also expected to help the developer reach a wider audience.
Ranveer Singh said the partnership was based on shared values and a common outlook for the future. He highlighted Jhamtani’s focus on quality and trust and said he was pleased to be associated with the company as it begins its next chapter.
Jhamtani Managing Director Anup Jhamtani said Ranveer Singh’s energy, ambition and individuality align with the company’s direction. According to him, the collaboration represents an important milestone for the organisation and opens up new possibilities for the brand.
Executive Director Meenakshi Jhamtani said the company’s “The Name is a Promise” philosophy is intended to reflect its approach to customer relationships rather than simply serve as a marketing message. She added that the company has been working on strengthening its systems and customer experience, with the new association expected to take that message to a larger audience.
Jhamtani has developed residential and commercial projects across several established and emerging areas of Pune. Its current development footprint includes locations such as Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Ravet, Tathawade, Mundhwa, Koregaon Park NX, Kharadi and Charholi.
The developer’s portfolio covers mid-premium, premium and ultra-luxury housing, along with commercial developments. Its XO Signature Series focuses on luxury, design-oriented residential offerings. Projects mentioned by the company include Ace Abundance, Ace Ayodhya, Ace Villas and SpaceBiz.
The company said its activities extend beyond simply developing and delivering homes. Its Hamesha Aapke Saath initiative is designed to maintain engagement with customers after possession, while J-Tribe focuses on creating a stronger sense of community through social events, sports and celebrations.
Jhamtani also runs initiatives such as Rising Stars, Shakti Edge, CSR programmes and sustainability efforts. Outside its core real estate business, the group has interests including Jhamtani Cera-Kraft, Jhamtani Agencies and Jhamtani Prosumers Solar Pvt. Ltd.
The appointment of a high-profile Bollywood celebrity gives Jhamtani an opportunity to increase its brand visibility beyond Pune’s traditional real estate audience. For a developer operating across multiple segments, the association could also support broader consumer awareness as the company expands its presence in the city’s key growth corridors.
Jhamtani is expected to use the new association as part of its wider brand-building and growth strategy. With projects across several Pune locations and offerings ranging from mid-premium homes to ultra-luxury developments, the company will continue focusing on project delivery, customer relationships and expansion of its brand presence.
