Noida: The Empowered Committee constituted by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India for SRPL has announced an e-auction of residential flats in the Supernova Project located in Sector 94, Noida. The online auction is scheduled to take place on August 6 and 7, 2026, offering buyers an opportunity to purchase ready-to-move-in apartments.
According to the public notice, two residential flats measuring approximately 2,105 square feet each in the Nova East and Nova West towers will be offered through the e-auction process. The project is situated close to Delhi and is positioned adjacent to the Okhla Bird Sanctuary Metro Station and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, providing easy connectivity to DND Flyway, Hindon Airport, IGI Airport, and the upcoming Jewar International Airport.
The project is surrounded by key educational and healthcare institutions, including Amity University, Jaypee Hospital, Max Hospital, and Apollo Hospital (Sarita Vihar).
