New Delhi: Kreeva, the real estate arm of the Kanodia Group, has announced plans to invest more than ₹1,050 crore in a luxury residential project near New Friends Colony in South Delhi. The development, expected to begin construction by the end of August 2026, reflects continued demand for premium housing in one of the capital’s most sought-after locations.
The project is being developed on a land parcel that Kreeva had acquired earlier for around ₹350 crore. It has also received ₹260 crore in funding from ASK Property Fund, the real estate investment platform of ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group. Spread across nearly five lakh square feet, the project will feature 114 luxury skyvilla residences designed for high-end homebuyers.

The housing project will offer three apartment configurations, including 3.5 BHK homes of around 3,700 sq ft, 4.5 BHK residences of approximately 4,500 sq ft, and 5.5 BHK units spanning nearly 5,500 sq ft. The investment by ASK Property Fund highlights growing investor confidence in premium residential developments in Delhi’s luxury housing market.
The launch of this project is expected to strengthen South Delhi’s luxury real estate segment, where demand for spacious homes with modern amenities continues to remain strong. It also reflects the increasing interest of developers and institutional investors in high-value residential projects despite rising construction costs.
Construction is scheduled to commence by the end of August 2026. Once completed, the project will add 114 premium homes to South Delhi’s luxury housing inventory and further expand Kreeva’s presence in India’s upscale residential real estate market.
