Flat owners at Supertech Czar raised concerns over repeated maintenance fee hikes, alleging poor upkeep, lack of transparency, and unresolved civic issues despite regular payments to the agency.

- Supertech Czar Residents Protest against two maintenance charge hikes within six months
- Flat owners allege poor services and unresolved maintenance issues
- Demand raised for financial transparency and rollback of revised charges
Greater Noida: Tension escalated at Supertech Czar after residents staged a protest against the society’s maintenance agency over repeated increases in maintenance charges. According to residents, the agency has raised maintenance fees twice in the last six months without delivering noticeable improvements in basic facilities and services within the housing complex.
During the protest, residents gathered inside the society premises and raised slogans demanding an immediate rollback of the revised charges. Protesters alleged that flat owners are being forced to bear additional financial burden even though several day-to-day civic and maintenance-related concerns remain unresolved.
Residents claimed that issues such as poor cleanliness, irregular upkeep of common areas, and inadequate maintenance services continue to trouble people living in the society. Many residents said they have been regularly paying maintenance charges on time, but the overall condition of facilities has not improved as expected.
According to the residents, they were not properly consulted before the latest increase in maintenance fees was implemented. Several flat owners expressed dissatisfaction over what they described as a lack of transparency in the financial management of the society. They demanded that the maintenance agency provide clear details on how residents’ funds are being utilised and why repeated hikes are necessary within such a short period.
Some residents also alleged that complaints related to infrastructure and essential services often take a long time to be resolved. They said that despite repeated requests, many issues affecting the daily lives of residents remain pending. Protesters argued that any increase in maintenance charges should come only after visible improvements in service quality and proper discussions with the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) and apartment owners.
The protest reflects a growing concern among residents in several residential societies across Noida and Greater Noida, where disputes over maintenance charges, service quality, and accountability of maintenance agencies have become increasingly common. In many cases, residents seek greater transparency in budgeting, vendor payments, security arrangements, housekeeping services, and repair works carried out inside gated communities.
Residents at Supertech Czar stated that they are not against paying reasonable maintenance charges, but they expect accountability and better living conditions in return. They urged the agency to hold open discussions with residents and address pending civic issues before imposing additional financial burdens on homeowners.
The protesting residents further warned that if their demands are ignored, they may intensify their agitation in the coming days. They said they are prepared to continue protests and approach higher authorities if a satisfactory resolution is not reached soon.
As of now, there has been no official response from the maintenance agency regarding the allegations raised by residents. The situation continues to be closely watched by homeowners within the society, many of whom are hoping for constructive dialogue and a quick resolution to the ongoing dispute.
