Nirala World to Invest ₹525 Crore in Greater Noida Mall
Nirala World plans a large-scale retail and commercial development in Greater Noida as rising residential growth and consumer demand continue to reshape the region’s commercial real estate landscape.

Greater Noida: Real estate developer Nirala World has announced plans to invest nearly ₹525 crore in a premium shopping mall project in Greater Noida, marking a major expansion of its commercial real estate portfolio amid growing demand for organised retail spaces in the NCR region.
The upcoming project, named ‘Nirala Diadem’, will be developed on a 2.5-acre land parcel in Greater Noida and is expected to emerge as a prominent retail and lifestyle destination for the rapidly growing residential population in the area. According to the company, around ₹175 crore has already been spent on land acquisition, while another ₹350 crore will be invested in construction and related development activities.
The company stated that the mall project is likely to be completed in the early months of 2030. With this development, Nirala World aims to strengthen its presence in the commercial real estate segment alongside its existing residential projects across the National Capital Region (NCR).
The announcement comes at a time when Greater Noida and Greater Noida West are witnessing rapid urban expansion, supported by increasing housing demand, infrastructure upgrades, and improving connectivity. Over the past decade, thousands of families have moved into the region, creating strong demand for organised retail, entertainment hubs, dining outlets, and commercial spaces closer to residential communities.
Industry experts believe the retail sector in Greater Noida is entering a new growth phase as developers increasingly focus on mixed-use projects that combine housing, shopping, office spaces, and lifestyle amenities within integrated developments. The rise in disposable income and changing consumer preferences are also contributing to the demand for modern retail infrastructure.
Commenting on the project, Nirala World Chairman and Managing Director Suresh Garg said the company sees significant long-term potential in the Greater Noida market due to rising consumer activity and sustained residential growth. He noted that the demand for premium retail spaces has increased steadily in recent years, encouraging developers to invest in large-scale commercial projects.
Founded in 1996, Nirala World has primarily been known for its residential developments in the NCR market. The developer claims to have delivered over 7,000 residential units since its inception and has built a strong presence in Greater Noida West.
One of the company’s major residential developments is Nirala Estate, a 25-acre township in Greater Noida West featuring nearly 4,000 residential units. The developer is also working on another residential project in the region comprising around 400 housing units.
Apart from housing projects, Nirala World has been gradually expanding into the commercial segment. The company is currently developing ‘Nirala Gateway’, a mixed-use commercial project that includes retail shops, office spaces, and studio apartments. The addition of Nirala Diadem is expected to further strengthen the company’s commercial footprint in Greater Noida’s evolving real estate market.
Real estate analysts say the launch of large retail developments in Greater Noida reflects increasing confidence among developers regarding the future growth of the region. Improved road infrastructure, metro connectivity, and rising residential density are encouraging brands and businesses to expand into emerging NCR corridors beyond central Noida and Delhi.
The proposed mall is expected to provide a combination of retail outlets, entertainment spaces, food courts, and lifestyle experiences aimed at catering to both residents and visitors. Once completed, the project could also generate employment opportunities and contribute to the commercial development of the surrounding area.
