Accenture Leases 1.65 Lakh Sq Ft at Ace Capitol, Noida from Onward Workspaces

Global consulting giant Accenture has taken on lease 1.65 lakh square feet of managed workspace from Onward Workspaces in Sector 132, Noida. The space, located at Ace Capitol, was officially handed over on March 1, 2026, marking one of the significant flexible workspace transactions in the region this year.

The newly leased office is designed as a customised, design-led workspace and can accommodate around 1,460 workstations, catering to Accenture’s expanding workforce and hybrid work requirements.

Industry experts say this deal reflects the rapid shift towards flexible and managed office solutions, especially among large corporations looking for scalability and operational efficiency without long-term real estate commitments.

Onward Workspaces, established in 2019, has been expanding its presence across Delhi-NCR and currently manages over 8 lakh square feet of office space in key business hubs. The company has been actively catering to enterprise clients seeking ready-to-move, fully serviced office environments.

According to property consultant Colliers, demand for co-working and managed office spaces is expected to remain strong in 2026, with annual leasing by such operators projected to reach 15–18 million square feet, accounting for nearly 20–25% of total office leasing across major Indian cities including Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.

The Noida micro-market, particularly along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, continues to attract large corporates due to its modern infrastructure, connectivity, and availability of Grade-A office spaces. Deals like this further strengthen Noida’s position as a preferred destination for enterprise leasing in North India.
