Hero Realty Partners Panasonic to Launch Co-Branded Luxury Homes in Gurugram

• Co-branded luxury homes priced from Rs 5.25 crore onwards

• 150 limited-edition residences with smart and energy-efficient systems

Gurugram: Hero Realty has entered into a strategic collaboration with Panasonic Electric Works India to introduce co-branded luxury residences at its flagship ultra-luxury project, The Palatial, located in Sector 104 along the Dwarka Expressway.

As part of the partnership, Panasonic Electric Works India will implement an integrated range of electrical, power, and smart home solutions across 150 select residences. These limited-edition homes will be offered in 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK configurations, with prices starting from Rs 5.25 crore onwards, according to a company statement issued on February 6.

The collaboration is designed to create future-ready homes that blend luxury with intelligent technology. Panasonic’s scope includes advanced power and electrical systems, smart home automation, building management systems, security and surveillance solutions, and energy-efficient appliances. Together, these features aim to enhance comfort, safety, and everyday convenience for residents.

Commenting on the tie-up, Rohit Kishore, CEO of Hero Realty, said modern luxury is increasingly being defined by smart and wellness-led living experiences. He noted that the integration of globally trusted, AI-driven technologies would help deliver homes that are smarter, healthier, and better aligned with evolving buyer expectations.

From Panasonic’s perspective, the partnership marks a step beyond individual products toward creating integrated residential ecosystems. Yoshiyuki Kato, Managing Director, Panasonic Electric Works India, said the company is deploying a comprehensive suite of solutions at The Palatial to improve safety, efficiency, and quality of living.

In addition to core electrical infrastructure, the residences will feature smart lighting in homes and common areas, integrated access control systems, video door phones, and multi-level security features.

Spread over approximately 11 acres, The Palatial comprises high-rise towers, expansive residences, and a 57,000 sq ft clubhouse with curated lifestyle and wellness amenities. Its location along the Dwarka Expressway ensures strong connectivity to IGI Airport, Aerocity, Cyber Hub, and other key destinations across Delhi-NCR.
