Dubai, UAE: Homes 4 Life Real Estate has been recognised as the Best Performing Channel Partner 2025 at the high-profile launch of Shahrukhz by Danube, a new commercial development set to redefine Dubai’s office space landscape.
The award was presented on stage by global superstar Shah Rukh Khan, marking a proud moment for the brokerage and underlining its strong performance and long-standing partnership with Danube Properties.
Held on 9 December 2025 at the Dubai Exhibition Center, Expo City Dubai, the launch event attracted more than 6,000 real estate brokers, making it one of the largest and most talked-about property launches of the year. The evening combined real estate, entertainment, and celebrity glamour, reinforcing the scale and ambition behind the project.
Shahrukhz by Danube is a premium commercial tower located on Sheikh Zayed Road, offering state-of-the-art office spaces tailored for modern businesses.
