The apartment, located in the Panchshil One North complex near Magarpatta City, spans 3,401 sq ft of carpet area and includes an additional 182 sq ft private terrace. Situated in a high-end gated community known for luxury living and world-class amenities, the property also comes with five dedicated car parking spaces—a rarity even in the most elite neighborhoods of Pune.
