- New facility targets GCCs, IT firms, and enterprise clients.
- Largest IndiQube centre in NCR strengthens North India expansion.
Noida: IndiQube Spaces Limited has expanded its footprint in the National Capital Region (NCR) by adding a new managed workspace spread across 3.9 lakh square feet in Sector 142, Noida. Announced recently, the 14-storey property is located along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and marks the company’s largest workspace in the region.
The expansion comes as demand for premium office spaces continues to rise, driven by Global Capability Centres (GCCs), technology companies, and large enterprises.
The new property is strategically located on the Noida Expressway, one of NCR’s fastest-growing commercial corridors. Improved metro connectivity, expanding residential and social infrastructure, easy access to Delhi, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad, along with the upcoming Noida International Airport, have made the corridor increasingly attractive for businesses.
IndiQube plans to transform the building into a fully managed workspace offering flexible office solutions, modern workplace amenities, and technology-enabled services designed for enterprise clients.
Commenting on the expansion, Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO of IndiQube, said North India will play a key role in the company’s next growth phase. He noted that while Bengaluru and southern markets remain important, the company is witnessing strong demand from businesses in the NCR.
According to Das, the Noida Expressway is emerging as a preferred destination for technology companies and Global Capability Centres, making Sector 142 an ideal location for IndiQube’s largest regional workspace.
Co-founder Meghna Agarwal added that businesses today are looking beyond traditional office leasing. She said organisations increasingly prefer workspaces that support collaboration, employee wellbeing, dining experiences, and technology-driven workplace management. The new campus will integrate these features through IndiQube’s managed workspace platform.
The expansion reflects the growing importance of Noida Expressway as a commercial hub for multinational companies and GCCs. As more businesses establish operations in the region, demand for flexible and managed office spaces is expected to increase further.
The project is also expected to strengthen Noida’s position as one of North India’s leading office destinations, supported by improving infrastructure and connectivity.
IndiQube said it will continue exploring new expansion opportunities across markets where infrastructure growth, skilled talent availability, and enterprise demand create favourable conditions for managed workspaces. The company aims to further strengthen its presence in high-growth business corridors across India.
