One of the most serious concerns raised during the protest relates to construction quality. Residents pointed to instances where plaster and concrete have allegedly fallen from parts of the buildings, creating potential safety hazards. They argue that such issues could pose a risk to residents, visitors, and staff if corrective measures are not taken promptly.

Water supply and billing practices have also emerged as key issues. Residents claim that water charges are being levied on a per-square-foot basis rather than actual consumption. They have demanded a transparent and fair billing mechanism based on usage, stating that homeowners should only pay for the water they consume. Residents maintain that they will continue raising their concerns until meaningful action is taken on maintenance standards, construction quality, security arrangements, and water management. They have called upon the concerned authorities and management to engage with homeowners and implement lasting solutions to improve the overall living experience within Ashiana Mulberry.
