Gurugram: Ashiana Mulberry residents protest over maintenance services, construction quality, water supply management, and security arrangements within the housing society. The residents say they have repeatedly raised these concerns over the years, but many issues remain unresolved, prompting them to publicly demand action.

According to residents, the protest is aimed at securing better living conditions and basic services that homeowners expect after investing in a residential community. Protesters highlighted concerns regarding poor upkeep of common areas, safety risks arising from construction defects, inadequate security measures, and dissatisfaction with maintenance services despite paying regular charges.

Residents carried placards drawing attention to problems related to lighting, water supply, security, and overall maintenance standards.

Speaking about the ongoing agitation, residents said their movement is not against development but a demand for accountability and transparency. They have urged the management and concerned authorities to address long-pending complaints and ensure that residents receive services that match the maintenance fees being collected. They also called for clear communication and timely resolution of society-related issues.
