Uttar Pradesh has taken another major step toward strengthening its industrial ecosystem as the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) announced the availability of more than 3,100 acres of industrial land across multiple districts. The move aims to attract both domestic and international investors, with plot sizes starting from 450 square metres and above.
Backed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta “Nandi”, the initiative reflects the state government’s continued focus on infrastructure-led growth, employment generation, and ease of doing business.
Online and Transparent Allotment Process
To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, UPSIDA will allocate plots through the Nivesh Mitra Portal, allowing investors to apply digitally. Location details and layouts can also be explored using the UPSIDA Master Map, helping businesses assess site suitability before submitting applications.
In addition, UPSIDA has made available official email support and a CRM helpline to guide applicants throughout the process.
Land Spread Across Four Key Regions
The newly opened industrial land is distributed across Western, Central, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, and the Bundelkhand region, offering opportunities across diverse economic zones.
Western Uttar Pradesh hosts a large share of the land, including Bharachapra (Philibhit), Mega Food Park Bareilly, Orai Industrial Area (Etah), Salempur (Mathura), SEZ Moradabad, and Industrial Area Bulandshahr. These locations are expected to attract manufacturing units and logistics-driven businesses due to strong connectivity.
Central Uttar Pradesh features industrial plots in Dibiyapur (Auraiya), Khempur and Industrial Area Farrukhabad, Salon (Raebareli), Trishundi (Amethi), Perfume Park Kannauj, Rama Sanehi Ghat (Barabanki), and Fatehpur. These hubs offer access to major North Indian markets.
Eastern Uttar Pradesh includes Saraswati Hi-Tech City Prayagraj, Industrial Areas in Pratapgarh, Ghazipur, Ballia, Prayagraj, and Kachlian (Chitrakoot). These locations are expected to benefit MSMEs, agro-based industries, and regional manufacturers.
To promote development in underserved areas, UPSIDA has also opened plots in Bundelkhand, including Pharma Park Lalitpur and Industrial Area Banda, supporting balanced regional growth.

Supporting UP’s Long-Term Industrial Vision
The land offering aligns with Uttar Pradesh’s broader ambition of becoming a trillion-dollar economy, driven by industrial expansion, private investment, and employment creation. With improving road networks, expanding expressways, and policy incentives, the state is positioning itself as a competitive destination for sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and allied industries.
Industry experts say that the availability of ready-to-develop land across multiple districts will encourage both large enterprises and small businesses to establish operations in Uttar Pradesh, accelerating local development and strengthening supply chains.
