Unitech Group has announced revised timelines for its ongoing e-auction of Gurugram properties, offering prospective buyers additional time to complete formalities and participate in the bidding process.
The extension follows multiple requests from interested bidders who faced difficulties in arranging Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payments due to public holidays between January 23 and 26, along with a bank employees’ strike on January 27. These disruptions impacted transaction processing and overall participation.
Taking these concerns into account, Unitech has now extended the last date for EMD submission to February 6, 2026, up to 5:00 PM. Earlier, EMD deposits were scheduled to close on January 23, with auctions planned for January 29 and 30.
Alongside the EMD extension, the company has also pushed back the auction dates to ensure wider participation.

Unitech has encouraged interested buyers to visit its official website and access the “Marketing & Sales” section for complete auction-related information. The company has also uploaded approved layout plans of the colonies, clearly marking the plots and units available through the e-auction process.
In its public notice, Unitech urged applicants to complete their documentation and payments within the revised timelines to avoid missing out on the opportunity. The announcement was issued under the authority of the Chairman & Managing Director, Unitech Group of Companies, dated January 29, 2026.
