Accenture Leases Office Space in Noida for ₹195 Crore

Accenture signs a major office lease deal in Noida, securing nearly 1.65 lakh sq ft at ACE Capitol, Sector 132, reflecting strong demand for premium commercial spaces in NCR.

Noida: Global consulting giant Accenture has leased nearly 1.65 lakh square feet of office space in Noida in a deal valued at approximately ₹195 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by Propstack.

The office space has been taken on lease from Onward Coworkx Pvt Ltd and is located in ACE Capitol, Tower 2, in Sector 132, a fast-emerging commercial hub in Noida. The deal covers eight floors, including levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 13, 14, and 15.

As per the documents, the lease officially begins on December 15, 2025, with a rental rate of ₹192 per sq ft. The starting monthly rent is pegged at ₹3.16 crore, with a 6% annual escalation clause, indicating long-term commitment and confidence in the region’s office market.

The agreement also includes a security deposit of ₹9.50 crore, underlining the scale and premium nature of the transaction.

In a parallel development, documents also indicate a separate sublease arrangement in Sector Ecotech 7, Greater Noida, starting January 1, 2026, for a term of 4 years and 8 months, with a renewal option upon expiry.

The transaction highlights growing demand for Grade A office spaces in Noida and Greater Noida, especially among multinational companies expanding their India operations. Sector 132, in particular, has seen rising traction due to its connectivity and proximity to key business corridors.

Adding to the trend, MetLife Global Operations Support Centre Pvt Ltd had earlier leased 75,000 sq ft office space at Oxygen Business Park in Noida, owned by Embassy Office Parks REIT, at a monthly rent of around ₹41.84 lakh for five years, indicating sustained leasing activity in the NCR commercial market.
