HSVP New Office in Gurugram Shift from Sector 29 to Sector 16

Gurugram: The Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) has changed the location of its proposed new office in Gurugram, moving the project from Sector 29 to Sector 16. The HSVP headquarters has approved around 1.5 acres of land at the new location, with the authority now preparing to move ahead with the project.

The revised plan follows the cancellation of the earlier proposal to construct the office on nearly 2 acres of land near the HSVP Gymkhana Club in Sector 29. The Sector 16 site has now been selected for the administrative building, and approval for using the land has been secured from the HSVP headquarters.

The next major step is expected to be the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR). HSVP is likely to invite tenders for appointing an agency to prepare the DPR, which will cover the proposed building’s design, technical requirements, infrastructure and other project-related specifications.

The new office is expected to accommodate various HSVP departments and administrative functions operating in Gurugram. The shift to Sector 16 will allow the authority to proceed with a revised site and development plan after dropping the earlier Sector 29 proposal.

Once the DPR is prepared and approved, HSVP will move towards subsequent project formalities, including finalising the development plan and construction-related processes. The project will then progress towards the construction stage based on the approved technical and administrative requirements.
