Century Real Estate has reported over ₹405 crore in pre-launch bookings for its upcoming mixed-use development, Codename ‘Fast Forward’, located at Marathahalli on Old Airport Road in East Bengaluru. The strong response highlights growing demand for well-connected, lifestyle-focused residential communities, particularly among technology professionals.
The project, strategically positioned near the Marathahalli Bridge, offers seamless access to Bengaluru’s key employment corridors including Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Whitefield.
