The move marks the company’s first foray into Bareilly and highlights a growing shift toward premium, thoughtfully designed housing in Tier-2 urban centres.
The expansion is part of 1-OAK’s broader India growth strategy, which focuses on emerging cities where infrastructure development, rising aspirations, and improved connectivity are reshaping housing demand. The developer already has a presence across global markets including Singapore, Thailand, the UK, Switzerland, and the UAE, and has built a strong reputation in India through its projects in Lucknow.

Before entering Bareilly, 1-OAK successfully delivered multiple projects in Lucknow. Contrary to some market perceptions, Eden@1 is not the company’s first project in the state but its third residential development in the capital city, following Atmos and Nature.
