DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026: 1,287 Narela Flats to Open for Booking at 25% Discount

Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the addition of 1,287 flats in Narela under the ongoing DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026. The newly added flats are located in Pocket 3 and Pocket 4 of Sector A1-A4, Narela.
According to the DDA, the new inventory will be available with a 25% discount, giving homebuyers another opportunity to purchase ready-to-move-in flats in Delhi at reduced prices. The DDA officially listed the addition through a circular dated August 18, 2026.
The 1,287 flats comprise 790 Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats and 497 High-Income Group (HIG) flats.
