Gurugram: Google India Private Limited has leased approximately 6.2 lakh square feet of office space at DLF Atrium Place Tower 1 in Gurugram, committing around ₹671 crore in rent over a five-year period. The lease, which commenced on October 1, 2025, is among the largest commercial office transactions recorded in the National Capital Region (NCR) recently and reflects continued confidence in India’s premium office market.

According to property documents accessed by Propstack, Google has taken over 6.17 lakh sq ft spread across floors 2 to 16 of the commercial tower. The space has been leased from Atrium Place Developers Private Limited at a monthly rent of approximately ₹10.55 crore, translating to ₹171 per sq ft. The technology giant has also deposited a security amount of ₹63.65 crore. The agreement includes a 15% rent escalation clause every three years.

The trend is also visible among other global companies. Airbnb recently leased 46,437 sq ft of office space for its GCC at DLF Cybercity in Gurugram under a five-year agreement.
