Prestige Group Launches ₹9,500 Crore Township in Hyderabad

• ₹9,500 crore township spread across 29 acres in Tellapur
• 5,120 apartments with sizes ranging from 1,169 to 3,013 sq ft
• Homes priced between ₹1 crore and ₹3 crore

Hyderabad: Prestige Group has launched a large-scale residential township Prestige Golden Grove in Tellapur, Hyderabad, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹9,500 crore.

Spread across 29 acres, the project will feature 5,120 residential units and a total saleable area of approximately 10.36 million sq ft, making it one of the significant housing developments in the region.

The township offers a mix of 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK apartments, with select 4BHK units also including staff accommodation. Apartment sizes range from 1,169 sq ft to 3,013 sq ft, while pricing starts at around ₹1 crore and goes up to ₹3 crore, catering largely to the mid-premium housing segment.

The company highlighted that Tellapur has emerged as a key residential hotspot due to its proximity to Hyderabad’s major IT corridors and well-developed social infrastructure. The project is designed to provide a balanced lifestyle with modern architecture, open green spaces, and a wide range of amenities.

Commenting on the launch, Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director, said Hyderabad continues to remain a strategic market for the group, driven by consistent demand, infrastructure growth, and a strong economic base.

The launch also aligns with Prestige Group’s larger expansion strategy. The company is targeting ₹50,000 crore in home sales by FY 2029–30, a significant jump from around ₹17,000 crore recorded last year.

As part of its growth roadmap, Prestige is exploring new real estate markets including Pune, Gurugram, and Noida, while continuing to strengthen its presence in established cities like Hyderabad. Recently, the company also secured a 17.2-acre land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram through a joint development agreement, further expanding its footprint in the NCR region.
