Mumbai: Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit has leased a premium commercial property in Mumbai’s upscale Lower Parel area, with the total rental commitment reaching approximately Rs 2.81 crore over a five-year period.

According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards via the official portal of the Inspector General of Registration Maharashtra, the transaction was registered in March 2026.

The leased unit is located in One Lodha Place, a prominent commercial development in Lower Parel. The property has a carpet area of 731 sq ft (67.91 sq m) and comes with one dedicated parking space.

The lease agreement outlines a structured rent escalation. The monthly rent starts at Rs 4.25 lakh in the first year and increases by 5% annually. It rises to Rs 4.46 lakh in the second year, Rs 4.68 lakh in the third, Rs 4.91 lakh in the fourth, and reaches Rs 5.16 lakh in the fifth year. Over the full tenure of 60 months, the cumulative rent amounts to around Rs 2.81 crore.

The deal also involved a security deposit of Rs 17 lakh, along with stamp duty of Rs 72,600 and registration charges of Rs 1,000, as per official records.
