Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has unveiled a major opportunity for investors and logistics players by announcing the e-auction of bulk land for a Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Greater Noida. The initiative is being positioned as a landmark development in India’s logistics infrastructure, with a focus on boosting regional connectivity and economic growth.

The announcement comes under the leadership of Yogi Adityanath, with support from the state’s industrial development department. Senior officials, including Nand Gopal Gupta “Nandi” and Jaswant Saini, have also emphasized the project’s importance in strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s position as a logistics hub.

The proposed logistics park will be developed in Sector Kappa-02, Greater Noida, covering approximately 174.12 acres. The project is aligned with the GNIDA Master Plan 2041 and aims to provide world-class infrastructure for cargo handling, storage, and transportation.

Authorities state that the park will integrate multiple transport systems—road, rail, and air—making it one of India’s first fully integrated logistics hubs. Its proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport) is expected to significantly enhance its strategic value.

The project promises a wide range of advanced logistics and industrial facilities, including:

  • Inter-modal container terminal for seamless cargo movement
  • Mechanized warehousing with cold storage and reefer van support
  • Rail-linked infrastructure for efficient freight transport
  • Container clearance and freight forwarding services
  • Digitalized logistics systems for faster operations
  • First-mile and last-mile connectivity solutions
  • Dedicated skill development center for workforce training

In addition, both bonded and non-bonded warehousing facilities will be available, catering to domestic and international trade requirements.
