Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the registration deadline for its Premium Housing Scheme 2026 to February 20, 2026, responding to strong public demand and requests from applicants seeking more time to complete formalities.

Launched on January 6, 2026, the scheme offers 582 residential flats across multiple income categories, along with standalone car and scooter garages in select areas. The extension is aimed at ensuring wider participation and giving applicants sufficient time to complete online registration, submit the earnest money deposit (EMD), and finalize their applications smoothly.

  • Final date for application submission: February 23, 2026

Why This Extension Matters

The deadline extension provides a fresh opportunity for homebuyers who were unable to complete the process earlier. With properties located in well-established neighbourhoods such as Jasola, Vasant Kunj, Dwarka and Rohini, the scheme offers buyers a chance to secure homes in some of Delhi’s most sought-after residential zones through a transparent bidding mechanism.

Prospective applicants are advised to complete their registration well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues and ensure eligibility for the upcoming e-auction.
