Mumbai: Bollywood actor Ishaan Khattar has acquired a luxury residential apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill, reinforcing the area’s reputation as a preferred address for celebrities and affluent homebuyers.

Property registration documents show that the apartment is located in Navroz Apartment and was purchased for a consideration value of ₹29.37 crore. The transaction was officially registered on February 5, 2026, with stamp duty amounting to ₹1.76 crore.

The seller of the property is Kapil M. Mahtani. The apartment has a carpet area of 2,989.05 square feet, translating to an effective price of around ₹98,000 per sq ft. This valuation aligns closely with prevailing rates for ready-to-move luxury residences in the Pali Hill and wider Bandra micro-market.

Pali Hill remains one of Mumbai’s most exclusive residential pockets, known for its low-density development, leafy surroundings, and proximity to Bandra’s commercial, entertainment, and cultural hubs. Property prices in the area typically range between ₹80,000 and ₹1.30 lakh per sq ft, depending on building age, amenities, and views.

Real estate experts note that luxury housing demand in Mumbai’s western suburbs has remained resilient over the past year. Unlike speculative activity, recent high-value transactions are largely driven by end users seeking spacious homes in established neighbourhoods with strong social and lifestyle appeal.

Khattar’s purchase further highlights how well-located, premium residential pockets like Pali Hill continue to command strong buyer interest, even amid broader market fluctuations.
