Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, along with his father Rakesh Roshan, has stepped up their footprint in Mumbai’s business property scene, snapping up four high-end offices in Andheri West. Bought under their firm HRX Digitech LLP, the deal costs around ₹10.9 crore, bringing more professional square footage into the family’s growing stash of assets.
The offices are located in the Yura Business Park Phase 2, which is a new business complex in one of Mumbai’s busiest and most popular business neighborhoods. The Link Road, Western Express Highway, and Metro line are all close by, which makes it a good area for enterprises, new businesses, and media companies.

Combining these four units make up to more than 2,700 square feet of office space for the Roshans in a great commercial building.
What the Offices Could Be Used For: HRX Digitech LLP hasn’t said what these additional office units will be used for. What we think, nonetheless, that the spaces could be used for:
