Mumbai: Bollywood actor and producer Sohail Khan has sold a commercial office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs 5.9 crore, marking another high-value transaction by the Khan family in the city’s real estate market.
The office unit, located in the Arc One building on Link Road, is spread across 1,559 square feet and includes three dedicated parking spaces, making it a premium commercial asset in one of Mumbai’s busiest business corridors.
According to property registration documents, the transaction was completed on March 27, 2026, with the buyer identified as Bilkish Associates Private Limited. Sohail Khan paid a stamp duty of Rs 35.40 lakh along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000 to complete the deal.
This sale reflects a broader trend of real estate transactions within the Khan family. Over the past year, multiple members have been actively buying and selling properties across Mumbai, indicating strong investment interest in the city’s high-value property market.
In October 2025, Arpita Khan Sharma sold a luxury apartment in Khar for Rs 22 crore. The property, located in the Flying Carpet project by Satguru Developers, featured a spacious 2,500 sq ft interior area along with a 1,600 sq ft terrace and nine parking spaces, highlighting its premium positioning.
Adding to the family’s recent transactions, Arbaaz Khan purchased a residential apartment in Jogeshwari West in February 2026 for Rs 2.78 crore. The unit, situated in Autograph Residency on Link Road, offers a 1,243 sq ft carpet area and includes two parking spaces.
Real estate experts note that such high-profile deals not only reflect investment confidence but also underline the continued demand for both commercial and residential properties in Mumbai’s key micro-markets like Andheri, Khar, and Jogeshwari.
