YEIDA has launched its 2025–26 institutional plot scheme, inviting applications for hospitals, maternity centres, nursery schools and creches to boost healthcare and early education infrastructure in Greater Noida.

  • Plots offered across Sectors 17, 18, 20 and 22E

  • Separate schemes for hospitals and early education facilities

  • E-auction process begins from February 2026

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has invited applications for institutional plots dedicated to healthcare and early education facilities under its newly announced 2025–26 scheme. The initiative is aimed at strengthening social infrastructure along the rapidly developing Yamuna Expressway corridor.

According to YEIDA’s notification, land parcels have been earmarked for hospitals, child welfare and maternity centres, nursery schools, and creches in multiple sectors, including Sectors 17, 18, 20, 22D and 22E. The move is expected to support the growing residential and commercial population in the region.

Hospital and Maternity Centre Plots

Under Scheme Code: YEA/INST/2025-26/06, YEIDA has offered larger plots meant for hospitals and maternity or child welfare centres. Plot sizes range from around 5,000 sq metres to over 10,000 sq metres, with reserve prices varying based on size and sector location.

The scheme will open on February 7, 2026, and close on February 25, 2026, followed by an e-auction on February 26, 2026. Applicants must submit the required earnest money deposit (EMD) as specified in the scheme brochure.

Nursery School and Creche Plots

In a separate category, Scheme Code: YEA/INST/2025-26/07, YEIDA has made available smaller plots for nursery schools and creches. These plots, located in Sectors 17, 18 and 22D, generally measure between 1,000 and 1,300 sq metres, making them suitable for early childhood education facilities.

Applications for this category will open on February 7, 2026, and close on March 5, 2026.

Connectivity and Growth Drivers

YEIDA highlighted that the institutional plots benefit from strong regional connectivity and upcoming infrastructure. The Yamuna Expressway region is close to key projects such as Noida International Airport, Film City, the F1 Motor Racing Track, the Medical Device Park, and the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster. Seamless access to the Agra–Lucknow Expressway via the Yamuna Expressway and the Dedicated Freight Corridor further enhances the area’s development potential.

Application Process

Interested applicants can download the detailed scheme documents from YEIDA’s official website. Allotment will be carried out through an online e-auction, with HDFC Bank acting as the banking partner for the process.

YEIDA officials said the scheme aligns with the authority’s long-term vision of building a planned urban ecosystem with accessible healthcare and quality education facilities along the Yamuna Expressway belt.
