Mumbai: Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has sold an apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill neighbourhood of Bandra for ₹18.5 crore, according to property registration records accessed through CRE Matrix. The transaction was officially registered on March 2, 2026.
The property measures around 1,770 square feet and is located on the 11th floor of the Rustomjee Parishram building. Documents show that the apartment was purchased by Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, US citizens of Indian origin.
The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of ₹1.11 crore along with a registration fee of ₹30,000, reflecting the high-value nature of property deals in Mumbai’s prime residential locations.
Zinta received the apartment in April 2025 after the redevelopment of her previous building. Under the redevelopment agreement between the housing society and developer Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee), residents were allotted new flats as Permanent Alternate Accommodation (PAA).
According to CRE Matrix, the formal agreement for this allotment was executed on October 23, 2023. Such redevelopment arrangements are common in Mumbai, where older residential buildings are rebuilt into modern high-rise towers, often giving original owners upgraded homes.
This latest transaction marks Zinta’s second apartment sale within a short period. Earlier, in November 2025, she sold another apartment in the same building measuring 1,474 sq ft for over ₹14 crore.
Sources familiar with the matter had earlier indicated that the actor might reinvest the proceeds from these sales into a larger property in Bandra, potentially valued at around ₹100 crore.
Bandra’s Pali Hill area remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential locations, known for its celebrity residents, luxury apartments, and proximity to the city’s entertainment and business hubs. Redevelopment projects in this locality have further boosted property values, attracting both investors and high-net-worth buyers.
A message sent to Preity Zinta seeking comment on the latest transaction did not receive a response at the time of publication. The buyers also could not be reached for comment.
