M3M India & ONE Atmosphere Launches Luxury Serviced Suites in Gurugram

M3M India partners with ONE Atmosphere to introduce premium serviced suites in Gurugram’s Sector 73/74, targeting business travellers with hospitality-driven living and global-standard amenities, opening by winter 2026.

Gurugram: M3M India has joined hands with global hospitality brand ONE Atmosphere, part of Atmosphere Core, to launch a premium project ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk in Sector 73/74, Gurugram.

The development will feature 256 fully serviced luxury suites, blending residential comfort with hotel-style services. The project is expected to begin operations by winter 2026, marking ONE Atmosphere’s first entry into the Indian market.

Positioned as a next-generation serviced apartment concept, the project is designed to cater to business travellers, corporate executives, and long-stay guests. It aims to provide flexibility, spacious living, and professionally managed hospitality services—an offering that is still evolving in India’s real estate landscape.

The collaboration brings Atmosphere Core’s Maldives-inspired hospitality approach to Gurugram, combining global service standards with modern urban living. Industry experts see this as a strategic move, given Gurugram’s growing demand for premium rental and serviced accommodation options driven by corporate and startup ecosystems.

Speaking on the launch, Salil Panigrahi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Atmosphere Core, highlighted India as a key growth market, with Gurugram serving as the starting point for expansion. Meanwhile, M3M India’s President Robin Mangla noted that the project will introduce a new category of luxury serviced residences in the country.

The partnership is also part of a broader expansion strategy. According to Sandeep Ahuja, Managing Director at ONE Atmosphere and Atmosphere Living, both companies plan to scale this model across Gurugram and Noida initially, followed by expansion into international markets such as Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and the UAE. The brand aims to add 7,500 keys globally within five years.

In terms of amenities, the project will offer a terrace-level club, swimming pool with leisure deck, specialty café, all-day dining restaurant, co-working spaces, and conference facilities. Residents will also have access to wellness features such as a gymnasium and premium spa, making it suitable for both work and lifestyle needs.

The interiors of the property will be designed by renowned architect Rohit Gulati, with contributions from local artists to create a unique design identity.
