The auctions will be conducted online from January 28 to January 31, 2026, targeting developers, institutional buyers, and long-term investors.

Commercial Sites in Gurugram and Panipat
Commercial complexes and tower plots will go under the hammer on January 31, 2026, with prime locations in Gurugram and Panipat. In Gurugram, sites are available in Sectors 14, 29, 43 and 53, while Panipat offers commercial land in Sector 25 (Part-II), Transport Nagar.
These plots allow FAR between 1.75 and 3.5, making them suitable for high-density commercial and mixed-use developments, including shopping hubs and office towers.

School Plots Across Multiple Cities
The e-auction for high school sites is scheduled for January 28, 2026. Gurugram will see school plots in Sector 37C, while Gurugram-II includes sites in Sectors 45 and 53. Additional institutional plots are also available in Sectors 20 and 27, Panchkula.
All school sites carry a FAR of 1.5, designed to support educational infrastructure in growing residential zones.

Hotel Sites to Boost Hospitality Sector
HSVP has also listed 3-star and 5-star hotel plots for auction in Kurukshetra, Faridabad, and Panipat. A prominent hotel site measuring around 3.68 acres is available in Sector 2, Kurukshetra, while other plots are located in Sector 12, Faridabad (H-2B) and Sector 25, Part-II, Panipat.
These hospitality plots come with a FAR of 1.75, aimed at strengthening tourism and business travel infrastructure.

Dedicated Hospital Plot in Gurugram
A large hospital site in Sector 52A, Gurugram, measuring approximately 5.29 acres, has also been included in the auction list. With a FAR of 1.5, the plot offers significant potential for healthcare development in one of Gurugram’s fast-expanding sectors.

Policy Update on EMD Requirement
HSVP clarified that the announcement follows an earlier notice issued on January 12, 2026. As per the revised Auction Policy dated September 19, 2025, the minimum number of EMDs has been reduced to two for major sites such as commercial, hotel, hospital, and multi-storey apartment plots. This change will apply to auctions scheduled on January 31, 2026, and is expected to improve bidder participation.
