Bobby Deol and Tania Deol Buy Five Office Units in Mumbai for ₹15.05 Crore

Actor Bobby Deol and wife Tania Deol’s firm acquires five commercial office spaces in Andheri West’s Yura Business Park, the same project where the Roshan family earlier invested in multiple units.

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Bobby Deol and his wife Tania Deol have expanded their real estate portfolio with the purchase of five commercial office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West. The properties were acquired through their company Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd for approximately ₹15.05 crore, according to property registration documents.

The offices are located in Yura Business Park – Phase 2, a commercial development situated on Link Road in Andheri West, one of Mumbai’s prominent business districts. The five office units are spread across over 3,400 sq ft and are positioned on the second floor of the building.

The deal was officially registered on February 27, 2026. Documents indicate that the buyer paid more than ₹90 lakh in stamp duty along with a registration fee of around ₹1.50 lakh.

The seller for the transaction is Yura Business Park Private Limited, which is also the developer of the project. Along with the office spaces, the purchase includes five dedicated car parking slots.

The project is currently under construction, and the expected possession date is December 2027, according to registration documents.

Roshan Family Already Invested in the Same Building

Interestingly, the building has already attracted investments from another prominent Bollywood family. In November 2025, actor Hrithik Roshan, along with his father Rakesh Roshan and mother Pramila Roshan, purchased 10 office units in the same commercial complex.

Those offices were acquired through their companies HRX Digitech LLP and Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd for a combined value of around ₹28 crore.

According to property data platforms, the Roshan family’s units are located on the third and fourth floors of the building and cover a total RERA carpet area of 6,968 sq ft, with individual units ranging between 769 sq ft and 852 sq ft.

Industry experts say that the investment by prominent Bollywood personalities highlights the continued demand for premium commercial properties in Mumbai, particularly in well-connected locations such as Andheri West.

The area has become a preferred destination for corporate offices, media companies, and startups, thanks to its connectivity, proximity to business districts, and modern commercial developments.
