Arkade Developers to Launch 5 MMR Projects Worth ₹3,700 Cr

Mumbai-based Arkade Developers has announced five residential project launches across prime MMR locations in 2026, backed by strong market sentiment and an improving interest rate environment.

Mumbai: Arkade Developers Ltd has outlined an ambitious expansion plan for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), announcing five new residential project launches slated for the calendar year 2026. The upcoming projects are expected to generate a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹3,700 crore, supported by an estimated investment of nearly ₹2,500 crore.

The listed real estate developer said the new launches will be spread across key residential micro-markets, including Goregaon, Thane, Borivali, Malad, and Santacruz, reinforcing its strategic focus on the MMR housing market. According to the company, demand conditions remain favourable, driven by improving affordability and a steady recovery in homebuyer sentiment.

Arkade Developers also highlighted the positive impact of the easing interest rate cycle. With the repo rate trending lower, home loan EMIs are becoming more affordable, encouraging both end-users and investors to re-enter the housing market. The company believes this supportive macro environment, combined with its strong launch pipeline, positions it well for sustained growth.

Commenting on the outlook, Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, said the developer is confident of delivering premium residential projects while creating long-term value for stakeholders. He added that the company is also targeting two additional Occupation Certificates (OCs) in the current quarter, underlining its focus on timely project completion.

A key highlight of Arkade’s upcoming portfolio is a luxury residential project planned on the historic Filmistan Studio land in Goregaon, a site founded by Bollywood actor Kajol’s grandfather. The project, expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of the next financial year, will feature spacious 3-BHK and 4-BHK apartments and is estimated to have a development potential of around ₹3,000 crore.

With a healthy pipeline extending into 2026 and a supportive policy and interest rate environment, Arkade Developers aims to strengthen its presence in Mumbai’s premium housing segment while maintaining its focus on execution and delivery.
