YEIDA Opens Applications for Medical Devices Park Plots in Sector 28, Yamuna Expressway

Greater Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has invited applications for the allotment of industrial plots in Sector 28 along the Yamuna Expressway for setting up a Medical Devices Park, marking another step toward strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s healthcare manufacturing ecosystem.
The scheme has been introduced in line with the state government’s broader industrial vision under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’. The initiative aims to position the Yamuna Expressway region as a hub for advanced medical devices, diagnostics, and health technology manufacturing.
Plots on Offer and Pricing Structure
As per the official notification, YEIDA is offering 22 industrial plots under three size categories. The allotment rates are competitive, keeping in mind the strategic location and sector-specific focus of the park.

Rate: ₹7,730 per sq. m.
Total premium: ₹77.30 lakh
Registration amount (10%): ₹7.73 lakh -
2,100 sq. m. plots – 9 plots
Rate: ₹7,730 per sq. m.
Total premium: ₹1.62 crore
Registration amount (10%): ₹16.23 lakh -
5,940 sq. m. plots – 2 plots
Rate: ₹7,356.04 per sq. m.
Total premium: ₹4.36 crore
Registration amount (10%): ₹43.69 lakh
YEIDA has clarified that the number of plots may be increased or reduced depending on administrative requirements, and the final allotment rate applicable on the date of allotment will be binding.
