Gurugram: Unitech Group of Companies has announced an e-auction of freehold residential and commercial properties in Gurugram, opening a fresh window for buyers to acquire ready-for-possession assets in some of the city’s most established residential sectors. The announcement was made through a public notice issued by the government-appointed Board of Directors of Unitech.

The upcoming e-auction will cover a diverse mix of property types, including residential plots, apartments, independent floors, and commercial units such as shops and offices. All properties are being offered on an “as-is-where-is” basis, allowing bidders to clearly assess what is available before placing their bids.

Prime Gurugram Locations on Offer

According to the public notice, the properties listed for auction are located within licensed residential plotted colonies developed by Unitech in key Gurugram sectors. These include South City-I in Sector 40, Uniworld Resorts in Sectors 33 and 48, and South City-II (Phase-I) along with Nirvana Country in Sectors 49 and 50.

These areas are well-established residential zones with strong connectivity to major arterial roads, business districts, and social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, and retail hubs. Their maturity and location make them attractive to both end-users and long-term investors.

Importantly, Unitech has confirmed that Occupation Certificates (OC) or Part Completion Certificates have already been obtained for the properties being auctioned. These approvals, granted by the Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana, indicate that the units are eligible for possession and legal transfer.

E-Auction Schedule and Key Dates

Unitech has released a clear timeline for the e-auction process. Registration will open on January 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM, while the last date to apply and submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is January 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The e-auction itself will be conducted in phases. Properties in South City-I and South City-II will go under the hammer on January 29, 2026, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The auction for Uniworld Resorts properties is scheduled for January 30, 2026, during the same time window.

Unitech has stated that the results of the e-auction will be declared on January 31, 2026.
