Table Space Introduces DESYN, an Intelligent Design & Build Platform for Enterprises

Table Space has expanded its enterprise workspace portfolio with the launch of DESYN, a new intelligent Design & Build solution aimed at organisations seeking speed, flexibility, and control in office development. The offering is positioned for enterprises that require high-quality fit-outs without immediately opting for a fully managed workspace model.

Part of Table Space’s broader lease–design–build–operate ecosystem, DESYN allows companies to engage on a project-by-project basis while still benefiting from the scale and capabilities of a full-lifecycle workspace operator.
